Glotemp is a real-time collective mood infrastructure platform that aggregates anonymous mood data to provide city-level sentiment insights. The Service is provided by RenviaIT Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

3. "As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RenviaIT Ltd makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Mood data and city pulse scores are indicative only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Service by submitting false, misleading, or malicious mood data, automating badge claims, attempting to imitate human traffic, or otherwise interfering with the Service's functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code within the Glotemp Service are the intellectual property of RenviaIT Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenviaIT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
